Lauren Liebler
Lauren obtained her Master of Architecture as well as her Bachelor of Interior Architecture from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, MI. Having worked in the design field for over twelve years, Lauren’s experience spans a variety of venues, including kitchen design focusing on custom designed cabinetry. She has also worked in a variety of architectural offices and acted as a Project Manager for the winner of the Michigan American Institute of Architects (AIA) Firm of the Year award during her time there.
Lauren’s passion for sustainability led her to become an accredited professional in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program. The organization has set the pace for “green” architecture and design and provides a platform for clients, contractors, and designers. Guiding students in making sustainable selections for their assignments is one of the many strengths she brings to the classroom.
As full time faculty for the Kitchen and Bath Design program, Lauren serves as the Internship Coordinator and is currently studying to take the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) exam.
