How does online/distance learning work?

Are online degrees credible?

The Middle States Commission on Higher Education is an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
The accrediting agency evaluates such things as governance and administration, financial stability, admissions and student services, institutional resources, student learning, institutional effectiveness, and relationships with internal and external constituencies. These standards are designed to ensure that our institutions are providing the same quality of education online as is provided at campus schools.
